All our Items that have been personalised, bespoke or made to your specific requirements are non-refundable, unless damaged or faulty. Your statutory rights are not affected.
All personalised clothing will be packed with a care card, Customers that have not followed these clear instructions when caring for there items will not be eligible for a refund if they claim there goods are damaged after caring for them not inline with the instructions enclosed with the order.
We do not offer the option of cancelation once your oder has been placed, Please insure your order is correct before placing your order.
PBSonlineltd receive a large amount of orders that customers choose not to have any personalisation added to there items, because of this if we receive an order and you have not added any personalisation before checking out we will not email and ask you! It is the customers responsibility to insure that they have added all text and spelt it correctly.
PBSltd will not be hold responsible for any customers that have not followed this process and if any personalisation is to be added after dispatched the customer will have to cover the return potage cost and the cost to send the items back out.
